How it started
Slow food, fast lunch.
Zestbox started where good biryani always does: in a home kitchen, cooked the slow way with overnight marinades, whole spices and a sealed handi.
We wanted office celebrations to taste like that too, without making HR run around. So we built Zestbox around pre-orders, one sealed box per person and on-time delivery.
We're a new kitchen, so every order still goes through our own hands.
What we stand for
Four things we won't compromise.
- 01
Homemade
Small batches from a home kitchen. Never mass-produced, never reheated from a tray.
- 02
Honest
You'll hear the price and delivery time before you confirm anything.
- 03
On time
We confirm a delivery time and keep it. Your event shouldn't wait for lunch.
- 04
Personal
You talk to the people who cook. Every order still goes through our own hands.
The journey
From our kitchen to your office.

01 · The night before
Into the marinade
Chicken rests overnight in yogurt and whole spices; paneer gets its masala.

02 · Morning
Layered and sealed
Soaked long-grain basmati is layered with the masala in a handi and sealed with dough.

03 · Late morning
Slow-cooked on dum
It cooks in its own steam, so every grain takes on the spices.
- Zestbox · Chicken

04 · Just before delivery
Boxed hot
One sealed box per person, raita and salan on the side, labelled veg or non-veg.

05 · Lunchtime
At your reception
Delivered to your office on the time we confirmed. Lunch is served.
From the kitchen
A taste of what we make.

“Slow-cooked on dum, sealed, and boxed while it's hot: the way we make it for our own family.”
